How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Free UK delivery on orders of £50.00 or more. Below that, delivery is £3.99 (£4.99 for orders under £25.00). We send orders within 1 to 3 working days and delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery details

How do I track my order?

You can track your order with your order number and postcode. Once it's sent, your dispatch email also has the courier's tracking link. If it's later than expected, send us a message with your order number. Track your order

Can I return something?

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always put right. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 14 days of us receiving the return. Returns & refunds

How can I pay?

You pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices include VAT and your receipt is emailed to you.

Do I need an account or a password?

There's no password: sign in with your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code. From your account you can see your orders and choose whether to get our news and offers. Your account

What if something is out of stock?

When something is out of stock, leave your email on its page and we'll tell you as soon as it's back.

Do your products show age and safety guidance?

Every product page shows the age guidance and safety warnings before you buy. Always follow the warnings on the packaging, and supervise young children where it says so.
